I'm Tom Ross

Personal Trainer and Powerlifter

I am a Cert III and IV qualified Personal Trainer and Powerlifter, curently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at the Universtiy of New England.


Through my own journey of illness, weakness and recovery I have fallen in love with the pursuit of strength and fitness. I have a wealth of knowledge from not only my formal education, but also my own studies. Whatever your goals, I will be able to help you attain them!

Coaching

Online Coaching

Template Programs

Sometimes time, geography or money can be barriers. So I've created a number of templates so you still want to take advantage of my knowledge and experience no matter the circumstance. Video Form Review

While using video isn't quite the same as in-person coaching, getting insight into your lifting form, where it is breaking down, and how to improve it, is a worthwhile pursuit. The Video Form Review service is much cheaper than in-person coaching, but provides many of the same advantages without the need for us to be in the same place at the same time.
